Everything was just perfect about this hotel. The hotel is not far from Low Hu (below RMB20 by taxi) and sit next to KK mall, which has plenty shops and restaurants to choose from. The hotel is in the tallest building in Shenzhen and the rooms are situated between 76/F to 99/F so every room guarantees a wonderful view... The room was huge and with its butler service, we felt like Royal family... I highly recommend this hotel!

This will be a great, great hotel once the staff have been fully trained and relax into their positions and gain little more confidence. Service is very good but feels a little too strained and forced. Rooms are beautiful, very comfortable and because of the height, very quite and peaceful. Most systems in the room are controlled via an ipad remote control. This is a little complicated and does require a little time to learn. The in room dining menu is only available on the tv, this is overly complicated. The views from the 100 th floor are breathtaking as is the building in general. Breakfast was very good. I very much recommend this hotel and I really do look forward to staying here again.

This hotel had its soft opening around Dec. 7th and the formal opening is on Dec. 17 I am told. We are here and almost have the hotel to ourselves. St Regis Hotels are usually in a class of their own. This St. Regis takes them to new heights.The hotel rooms start on the 75th floor. With reception being on the 96th floor. The architechture is marvelous and the decor first class. Our suite has state of the art in electronics with electric everything. I love the spa setting switch which transforms the room into a spa like setting. From the TV hidden behind the mirrror to the hands free wall phones they thought of everything.The Butller will ask you if you want a feather devet and the bed and pillows are heavenly. They even determined the amount of water we were drinking and stocked the room with that amount complimentary. The reception area is a 360 degree view with high powered binoculars on tripods mounted around the room. The reception area itself is as beautiful as a Las Vegas reception area. Don't Miss the small reading room above the 100th floor bar its the cherry on this building. Breakfest buffet is excellent with so many nice choices.

深センに1月に出來(lái)たセントレジス。何と100F建てのビルの上層階を使ったホテルで、フロントは96F、客室は76F～95Fまであるようだ。SPGのキャンペーンで無(wú)料での宿泊。 客室 スイートは満室だとのことで、88Fのエグゼクティブデラックス（？）というコーナールームに。レイアウトが変で、ソファがないという部屋。これなら普通の部屋の方が卻ってよかったかも。 というか、部屋にソファがないってどういうことよ？？ ただ、ビューバスからは深センの高層ビル街が眺められ楽しめました。 サービス 中國(guó)とは思えないくらいしっかりとしたもので、開(kāi)業(yè)3ヶ月目のホテルとは恐れ入った。特にドアマンの人は日本語(yǔ)勉強(qiáng)中ということで、積極的に話しかけてきました。 セントレジス自慢のバトラーサービスもなかなか機(jī)能していて驚き。 ただ、スタッフによっては英語(yǔ)がいまいちだったりするので、そこはもう少し改善が必要かもしれません。 料飲施設(shè) 朝食とバーラウンジを利用。朝食はパンがまずまずだったが、それ以外は×。バーラウンジは、雰囲気もよく楽しめました。 サイトを見(jiàn)ると、だいたい2,000RMB以上はするみたいなので、この値段で泊まるかどうかと言われると微妙な気はするなー。

高級(jí)ホテル建設(shè)ラッシュも落ち著き、最後はセントレジス！ ちょっと興奮気味に期待をし過(guò)ぎていた面もありますが、 深圳のどこのホテルにも言えるのは　みなさんとてもフレンドリーで 敷居の高さを感じさせることなく　いつも快適に過(guò)ごすことができます。 ９６階のロビーでチェックイン。 お客さんの姿が全く見(jiàn)えませんでした。 最初は距離感を感じていたスタッフの方々も　 このホテルで初めて日本人を見(jiàn)ました！と言って 日本語(yǔ)の挨拶を教えてあげると翌日にはみんなが日本語(yǔ)で挨拶をしてくれ 時(shí)には一緒にロビーに座ってお話したり とってもフレンドリーな雰囲気でした。 お部屋の広さは６０㎡位あるので快適でした。 ただ、照明やカーテンなど主要なことはiPadでの操作になり テレビをつけるとカーテンが閉まり部屋の明かりが暗くなる。 お風(fēng)呂のテレビをつけると電気が消える。 などなどありがた迷惑なサービスも多々 バトラーサービスは　コーヒー紅茶２４時(shí)間　アイロンは３著まで 靴磨き　荷造りのお手伝いなどの案內(nèi)をいただきました。 世界で一番高層階にあるプールと聞いていたので（確か７５階） ジャグジーやサウナに期待して水著持參で行きましたが、 サウナは家庭用サウナが大きくなったような感じで　私が行くとスイッチを入れてました。 その隣には海の家にあるような簡(jiǎn)易シャワールームが。 日本や韓國(guó)とは違って　大きなお風(fēng)呂に使ってサウナでゆっくり。 という発想がもともとないのかもしれませんね。 日本人の方にはとても満足できる施設(shè)ではないと思います。 ただ、自転車(chē)こぎは気分良さそうです！ お隣にはＳＰＡもありました（未體験） こちらの食事は正直美味しくありませんでした。 地下鉄も目の前にありますし お隣にはＫＫモールというショッピングセンターもあり 大きな高級(jí)スーパーも入っているので長(zhǎng)期滯在でも快適です。 ホテル云々よりとても親切にしていただいたので スタッフの方に本當(dāng)に感謝しています。

環(huán)境很好。設(shè)計(jì)很特別。服務(wù)人員也很熱情，很耐心友好。衛(wèi)生間很干凈，備有齊全的洗漱用品。樓下是一個(gè)大形商場(chǎng)吃喝玩樂(lè)購(gòu)物都可以。

This is a brand new hotel, a really beautiful property. You can see the entire city from this hotel. I mean, this is one of the best views i've seen in my life. You can even see Hong Kong. It's the tallest landmark in the entire city. The room was really nice and staff was friendly. Since it's a new hotel, some of the staff seemed a little new, but in general, it was a really terrific stay. I certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone that's staying in Shenzhen. New hotel situated in Shenzhen, very convenient. Stunning view with nice facilities in hotel. With i-Pad for your room control, Nice and brand new "hardware" for guests. Binocular stands for free, for guests to look around, which was the selling point definitely of the hotel. Every staff was wearing suits, using Macbook for you check-in. Comfortable Lobby and very "blink-blink" elevators. However, there are some disappointing experience...... some of the staff need to wear the friendly smile on their face. Once you stepped in the lobby, just feel the busy pace of the staff in a suit, but not a friendly and welcoming environment. (coz they are preparing for a group of VIPs coming as i noticed) Remember to bring your swimming cap if you wish to utilize the swimming pool, or spend RMB280(or 380?) for buying one there@.@ BUT, really appreciate the Guest relationship Manager, he reacted so fast after we wrote a letter about our review about the hotel.

like all new hotels, you would expect some typical glitches but for the St Regis? great looking rooms, very technologically advanced and some nice touches with lighting control, curtains and drapes control, volume of television etc. Great view as everyone has said. BUT the front office desk staff really has to improve thier attitude and knowledege of their product. Butler service was fabulous. he was probably the only person that truly knoew what he was doing and had a high standard of english.

This is the best hotel in Shenzhen. It trumps my other favorites, the Intercontinental and the Shangri-La in Futian because the rooms are newer and higher up in the air, though I would say the dining options are probably still superior elsewhere (the experiences at Elba (Italian) and Social (International) were just average). The hotel opened in December 2011, and I stayed there three times in January 2012. The 96th floor lobby (where you can take the opportunity to check out which view you like the most before requesting a room at check-in) and bar/library on the 100th floor are quite spectacular spaces. Do not forget to take advantage and use the swimming pool as well. Hopefully by now, the issues with the sewage smell in the corridors on certain floors have been resolved. The service I would rate not any better or worse than their competitors, though the “l(fā)egendary” butler service continues to underwhelm me. The floor plans are slightly varied on different floors and there are numerous room layouts; so if you do not like the room assigned, ask to switch because they may very well have something that is in the same price category but more suited to your individual tastes. The corner rooms are quite small. The standard suites have not yet been released, so for SPG Platinum members, you will get the executive deluxe room (spacious room with a large enough bathroom) upgrade without the breakfast benefit. The only comment for the room is that the desk does not have a large working surface.

廳都非常高大上而空間又大，適合公司年會(huì)及婚宴。服務(wù)人員較多，比較主動(dòng)。上菜也比較快，份量也比較足。

The hotel, located in the heart of Shenzhen, is pure luxury. The rooms are state of the art, with all electronic gadgets you can think of. The view is stunning, the lobby in the 96th floor and the bar at the 100st floor are great. The only downside is the lack of experienced staff. Some have really no clue what to do, and this is not only lack of understanding English.

All great things have been stated of this hotel so I will add no further. For what is offering, the hotel is actually very reasonably priced. Approximately 2000rmb + tax for a standard room is very reasonable especially when the Grand Hyatt next door changes similarly at 1/3 the height of St Regis and not offering any unique selling point.

This is not just a hotel but a surrealistic experience. Towering 101 floors over Shenzhen, your experience starts at the lobby area which is on the 96th floor. From there, everything is nothing short of being a "wow factor", with suites that have every amenity possible, to iPad technology to control every part of your room remotely, to a pool that makes it appear that you can swim to the edge of the rooftop. As a seasoned traveler, this hotel is clearly one of the best I have ever experienced.
